Dirty toilets

I visited your store at Hercules Pretoria West on the 18 October 2018.My son was really pressed and he wanted to us the bathroom. I was shown the toilets that had to use. The door between the bread shelves and the cake shelves.

I was really disappointed in a manner in which i found the toilets.

They were smelling n dirty. It looked like they have not been cleaned for ages.

For hygiene purposes its not good to find the toilets in that manner excpecialy in the type of business you conduct.

It woild really be appreciated if the toilets are cleaned n kept in good standards at all times.
