Dirty and unhealthy store

Spar in Kensington, the store is dirty, the floors are not swept or washed. Or if they clean they don't clean under the shelves, you can see how dirty the kitchen, simply walking pass. There are droppings (I'm assuming mouse) on the shelves as well as insects crawling. Staff are slow and never friendly or helpful. I went to the store this morning when it opened, there is dirty below the tills. Its disgusting. I'm so disappointed by this franchise, I have never seen a spar this disgusting. Please fix this issue.
