Despicable and ungrateful emplyee's attitude at the Spar, Sunnyside brach, Barclay square

This afternoon on the 2 September 2019, around 12H30, I was at Spar shop in Pretoria at the Sunnyside branch- Barclay square centre, waiting patiently at a very long queue heading to the a cashier station that servers the clients with less items and that process couple of other products like electricity and stuff. In addition, it could be understood as it was around lunchtime. Approximately, I waited about 55 minutes or so, unfortunately when it was a woman before me to be attended to, the cashier apologised and directed us to be helped by the other cashiers who were serving the other rest of the clients with numerous items. As I approached the till, the cashier stationed shouted at me by saying she had already called a client from the mainstream queue. I calmly said she could go ahead she will serve me subsequently. Then she became condescending with the manner she addressed me and I responded to her that she could have just calmly informed me that she was going to attend to me instead of behaving so unprofessional with almost the whole shop hearing what she was saying to me. To my dismay and shock, she told me so arrogantly that I must go back to queue. I became so angry and requested to see the manager immediately. A woman by the name of Susan Waecest/ lalcet - the surname is not properly readable. I reported to her what transpired and she advised and issued me with the arrogant woman’s name and hers- that I send a complaint via their website. By the time I finally was assisted with my purchases was at 13H23. In all honesty, it is incredible that there are such utterly rude, arrogant and despicable employees around our country amid of such high unemployment rate. I need your urgent intervention and advice with what process needs to be implemented with such people who not only ruin the reputation of employment but also take advantage of clients and treat them as if they own the establishment. Spar needs to take drastic measures against this woman by the name of Daphney Letuka. Your urgent assistance will be immensely appreciated as I would still want to purchase food at the Spar without fear and ************, myself, family, colleagues and the entire society at large is at liberty to feel free we cannot be deterred by such abhorrent and malicious behaviour of an ungrateful employee .
