Deplorable lack of service

Never in my life have I been so shocked at bad service as what I encountered yesterday at the stoneridge spar. I drove past 4 spars closer to me to go to stoneridge spar because of their "wonderful" salad bar!!! What a disaster!!! They had one bowl of cous cous and 2 lettuce. When I asked if they had pasta salad coming I was very lazily told "no". Keeping in mind I specifically rode all this way for 3 salads. After getting the manager and him asking the staff to make pasta we were both told it will take 30 min.... TO COOK 8 MIN PASTA!!! my handicapped mothers blood sugar was dropping so I figured I would get her a coke while I waited 30 min for 8 min pasta to cook. ... Low and behold not a single buddy bottle of coke was anywhere to found in the store. I mean COKE!!!! Only the leading brand WORLDWIDE!! sellers of billions of litres of black liquid for decades. So after 30 min of browsing thru the store and filling my trolly with things did not come to the store for i might add I return to the salad bar... Low and behold they are still not finished cooking 8 min pasta. Once it finally arrives the staff fumbled around be coz now they did not know how to package and weigh out my portion. Another 15 min until I finally had 3 bowls of salad in front of me. Here is where I pick my ingredients to put in the salad. I ask the staff member in the pasta salad I want bacon and point to the tub that contains bacon and she throws ham into all 3 salads (2 of which are cous cous). By this time I have lost all sense of adventure and this is now beyond repair.... A manger walks past and asks what's the problem and I explain what has happened to which he reaches past me and gives me a fork and a serviette!!!!! REALLY????? To do what with? be coz by this time I have been in the store for an hour and STILL DO NOT HAVE A SALAD!!!!!!!! I eventually left the store without said salads be coz if it took them more than 60 min to destroy my shopping experience I was not going to spend another min in that store. Never ever in my life will I return to this store!!!!
