DENIED ENTRY AT TOPS SCOTTSVILLE

Spar Tops Scottsville- security would not allow me in to go buy tonic with a 1 year old sleeping baby as I obviously couldn’t leave her in the car alone. If these were the rules at ALL Tops then it would be fine, seems this one is the only one.
