Denial of basic services for the elderly

I was at Spar in walkerville over the weekend with my mother, who is a pensioner by the way. My asked me to withdraw her welfare money however the cashier by the name of Hazel and a rude man by the name of Hendrick Van Rooyen refused to assist me and told that I must use an ATM, I tried explaining that my moms card is not activated to be used by the ATM, they still refused.

I tried explaining the gravity of the situation but they didnt seem to care.
