Our household is in a Covid isolation and urgently needed groceries. We placed an order on their portal which was significantly easier than their competitors, and they called to chat about items that were not available and discussed alternatives. The order was then delivered shortly afterwards.

What made this a great experience was the ease to place an order and speed of delivery, what made it phenomenal, was the interaction with wonderful friendly staff across the process who clearly enjoy their jobs and wanting to help. They are superheros, THANK YOU!!
