Deceptive packaging, disgusting attitude

We visited the new opened Eagle Canyon Superspar store last week Friday.
We were anticipating the store opening as it is our closest Superspar - we currently shop at the Bell Air store.

One of the items we purchased was a bulk lamb pack which was priced reasonably.
When we opened the pack on Sunday to prepare the meat for cooking we found only 3 chops, and a huge cut of ribs. I would estimate this to be around 1.5KG, which is ridiculous. The entire pack was 1.7KG.
The meat was deceptively placed to cover the ribs, which obviously formed 95% of the weight of the pack.

I called the store and spoke to Jaco, who asked me to then come back and speak to Henk, who is the Butchery manager.
I did as suggested, and I found Henk's attitude to be very flippant and disrespectful.

I then spoke to Jaco on my way out and advised him of my experience with Henk.
He promised that he would speak to Henk, and I asked for feedback regarding the outcome, which he never bothered to provide me with.

As such, I will not return to this store. It is clear that customer service and quality products is not high on their list.
