Deal Not Honored and Bad Treatment From Supervisor

I saw a promotion at Spar Hunters Retreat in Gqeberha of a 1.5L Spar milk and Sasko Sam 700g brown bread combo for R30. I bought the milk and other stuff but there was no Sasko Sam brown bread in stock so I bought another brand of bread since I needed it.

I went again to this Spar the following day but they still did not have the Sasko Sam brown bread in stock.

I came to the store again and this time they did have stock. Having my slip ready and having already bought the milk I asked the cashier if I could get the bread since I already bought the milk the other day and also mentioned that that the bread was not in stock for the previous days. She called this African female supervisor and despite explaining the situation and showing her my slip and a picture I took of the promotion, she was aggressive, rude, and argumentative. I tried to explain nicely and calmly and even showed her the picture I took of the combo and that since I did not get the bread I wanted the deal to be honored but she flatly refused to give me the bread saying that she couldn't do it on the system as I already bought breast even though it was not the SASKO SAM BREAD and that I did not report it to management previously. She was rude and shouted at me even when I was calm and tried explaining nicely. I was humiliated and embarrassed as she caused an unnecessary scene as the other employees and customers were looking at me.

The level of disgust I have about this Spar and how I was treated I just can't put into words. This is also not the first time I've experienced poor treatment from this particular store. There have been multiple times where I experienced rude and unprofessional service and have often felt negative vibes just going there making shopping there a very unpleasant experience.

Well, it's fine. I will never ever set foot in that store again and you will never see me there again!
