So I bought a bottle of Nivea aftershave from this branch that simply did not work. When trying to return it (rightfully along with the slip) I was told that it's not the store's fault for having sold me a faulty product, but it's my fault for having bought a faulty product. They refused to take back the faulty goods according to our consumer law and have thereby not only broken the law, but also ****** my hard earned money. I'm a massive supporter of the Spar franchise, but one bad apple (or manager) has certainly spoiled the whole bunch!
