Day 9 & no feed back

<p>On 6th July 2016 I sent a complaint to spar as follows.<span style="font-family: HelveticaNeue, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Good day This is a formal complaint with regards to the 3kg sunlight washing powder that has been advetised for the past 2 weeks on special R39,90 at your branch in vangate mall capetown. Today is my 4th visit to the branch and yet the store don't have stock. I am being told that the supplier don't have stock. When I requested a raincheck I am told that they don't do it and there's nothing they can do about it. This is absolute bad service. I myself work in retail and when one advertised stock their should be sufficient stock and if not their should atleast be available after the special at the same price. All I want is a raincheck at the same price when stock arrive.
