Darling Spar is Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I am sick and tired of your substandard service that borders on nothing but pathetic at your Darling Spar. I shop at Darling Spar, every day. They have had problems with card payments for months and months. You are lucky if a transaction goes through at till point normally they need to go and find the external card machine. Why has this not received attention? This afternoon I purchased goods the transaction was deducted from my bank but apparently not on your system. Now I am expected to pay again and the fact that I need to struggle to get the amount reversed are none of their concern. Why the hell must I pay double why I need to wait for a bank to reverse the transaction? It is not your money so clearly you do not give a ****. The manager Rayno has an none caring attitude, is this how you treat a customer that has spent tens of thousands of rand with you through the years. Your service is pathetic. I will rather drive 40km a day to purchase from a Pick a Pay from now on.</p> <p> </p>
