Dangerous Mat at Entrance

I am extremely disappointed with Spar Kuruman. The negligence regarding the mat at the store's entrance is disgraceful. My 60-year-old mother fell on this mat during her lunch break on Monday and sustained severe injuries. Her hand is swollen and bruised, her back is in spasm, and her eye and lip are swollen. She had to visit a doctor and receive medication and an injection for her injuries. Shockingly, none of the staff offered assistance, nor have they taken any action to address the dangerous mat.

This isn't the first incident of its kind. How many more people must suffer injuries before something is done? Who will cover my mother's medical expenses and compensate for the work she has missed due to her injuries? It is unacceptable that such a hazard remains unaddressed.

Spar Kuruman, your lack of responsibility and concern for customer safety is appalling. Immediate action is necessary to prevent further accidents and ensure the well-being of your patrons.
