Damaged good/Hygiene threat

purchased a coti biltong dip on Saturday 04.11.2017 at super spar bluff road. upon returning from the store we opened the dip to find the foil seal broken and the dip had been tampered with/eaten. it looked as if someone was dipping their fingers in the dip and s****ing the left over dip back into the container. I then emailed the bluff store regarding the matter,waited for a response, nothing happened, my husband then called the store manager directly and was advised that they would respond to the mail by Monday 06.11.2017. it is now Wednesday 08.11.2017 and to date still no reply or call back regarding the matter
