Customers without masks allowed to cut the line and intimidate people

I had a terrible shopping experience at Spar in Queensmead mall, Umbilo Durban. The spineless Indian manager you have their allowed another black customer with no mask to cut the line in front of everyone to get service. Me and the black customer got into an argument as he cut in-front of me with no mask. We came close to having a physical altercation in the store. Not he was much taller than me and probably weighted 30kg more than me. He was trying to intimidate me as I am much smaller than him. I told the manager to put me in another queue to avoid problems as this customer is physically threatening me and acting like a gangster. Your manager did not try to diffuse the situation by moving me to a different queue nor did he call the security to deal with customer with no mask who was cutting in front of me. When I told him that the way he dealt with the situation was poor all he said was "Oh it's over now. It's over now". Your manager was scared of the big guy but he was fine to tell me whatever he wanted. Very poor service. Hire people with some guts. Also where was your security.
