customers accused of price changing - SPAR GLENFAIR

SPAR GLENFAIR - I have just been traumatized, went in to but a packet of nappies. On the isle the price was R219.00 at the till I was charged R279.00 and paid without checking , but then queried the price and I was told that that is not their fault and the would not price incorrectly , it some customers change prices on the isles , so I must have done so as well. I was at the till with the store manager , the supervisor , the teller and the packer - I was shouted at and made feel like a thieve. Eventually I was given the different back by the supervisor but not with a smile , she said she will pay for it herself. my advise to all , please try others SPARS -
