Customer stung by bee

So today I went to spar to get some drinks (juice) I get there I purchase them only to find that my friend and I didn't get a trolley so as my friend goes to get a trolley I get stung by a bee, and notify the workers, and the workers notify the manager in charge and am sent to the back, so when the lady notifies the manager, the manager was rude towards and said " what must i do if a customer is stung by a bee the customer should go to a doctor" not even looking at meto check if am okay or not he just sat by his desk anf didn't take any notice if me so out of anger i said F you and left... Now my leg is swollen and I feel that the manager could have done something or said something
