Customer service very poor ,polony mould

I was just at Spar Vangate mall, I went to the deli counter and their French polony had mould on and the tray next to it a few pieces of polony was blue already. I pointed it out to the lady behind the counter and she looked at me as if I was crazy. I then approached customer care and the lady there asked if she could help me not even facing me and as I'm still explaining and waiting for her to properly acknowledge what I am saying her colleague brings a spar pamphlet and they start talking that is when I asked her if she is hearing me to what she rep**** I will be with u now giving her colleague attention and I must wait as the customer. Absolutely pathetic service. I will never support that store again.
