customer service and hygiene

i always buy my lunch food at spar in stone ridge (Johannesburg) if i didnt bring food from home. This is it,i lost count on how many times i've return food from deli. Today's fish was even worse, the smell came out after i open the packet. I dont understand if staff from deli dont have experience or they just ******** or they chasing the sales. My colligue stop buying food because the last time she had a fight with staff member when she went to complain about the salad she bought. I rather go and buy food at FOOD *****S MARKET im not going back there. Staff also have attitude and look tired always.
