Customer service and hygiene

I would like to lay a complaint about the Kwikspar in Mount Edgecombe. The service of some of the workers is pathetic. They ignore you amd dont even take your order. There is a guy that just looked at my friend whilst she gave her order n just ignored her. we waited for 15 minutes until we were served again and ordered and she got her order within a minute. Another thing is that you have to ask for salt or for a s**** n fork. We have to keep going back for things. They need to to add salt to their dishes and they need to expand their vegetarian dishes as most indian people observe fasts during the week and they do not cater for muslim as they only eat halaal goods. The hygiene is pathetic. I found hairs in my pasta. There were flies on the ****ins and breads that are kept open. People walk pass touch the food and put it back. Who would want to buy food thats kept open and getting stale. It would be great if I recieve feedback on this. I visit this spar everyday as I work close by.
