I just experience the worst customer service at Spar Sediba Plaza in Haarties. I went there to buy a few items and in my trolly I had one 2 litre Cool drink and a fruit juice. I thought I paid for everything only to get home and realise that non of the drinks were packed , drove back there to enquire from the cashier directly and she said that she cannot remember all of the items purchased by me however she remembers serving me. The manager was called to check for me even without the slip. She made it known to everyone that she is on lunch and that her lunch is only 30 minutes with so much attitude and not willing to assist. After standing around like an idiot the other lady comes back to tell me that no unfortunately I did not pay and the very manager walked past me an attitude as if I just wanted *****. Spar train your staff!!!
