Customer relationship needs to be polished and brushed up.

Aspen Spar has no respect for customer correspondence. I delivered a letter from our school for donations for a school fundraiser in June 2022, which was on 12 August 2022. I have still not received any feedback whatsoever from management, after visiting the store on numerous occasions to see the manager. This is a smack in my face as a customer and constitutes disrespect, discourteous conduct and simple, common indecency.
