Customer Electrocuted, Spar Savemor, Park Rynie(KZN)

As normal vacationers we (me, my fiance and baby) stopped at Spar savemor in Park Rynie 2024-06-19 +-07:35am. Wearing my beach slippers. As i approached the pie (glass and steel) counter i placed my hand on the metallic part and was badly electrocuted so that it felt i couldn't brief and rubbing my chest. After i manage to walk i went and look for the manager and a lady that seems to be in a higher position than him, was on the end very rude and unhelpfull to take my complaint According to this two, no video or a self recording may be issued due to a policy of me being electrocuted. No one asked if i needed medical attention. The security at the door seemed to be smiling at the whole ordeal. After calming down a few minutes outside. I took photos of the pool of water that came from the opposite side that i was standing in, making me a perfect earth. Please Spar if my baby was in my hand the outcome would have been much worse. There are kids,babies and elders entering your premises please have a look at your safety and proper people skills that are cleary not in this branch. I will have to take this further.
