Customer Dissatisfaction

Both Tops bottle stores at Central Park and Fiveways Empangeni, they don't use Spar Rewards to customers. When the items are on special you can't redeem your rewards, eg when 2x 6 340ml of beer is R120.00 a reward customers must pay R100.00 least R20.00 off and when you raise a consern about that you are told that their systems don't allow them to take R20.00 off, and tells you that there is nothing they can do because it's the issue they have been raising to top management.
