Cursing from till operator

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>On 22 March 2017, I visited Kwikspar in Windsor East, corner of Dukes and Beatrice. I experienced extremely poor service which was appaling. The till operator showed no disregard to the fact that I had been waiting to be served for a while but switched tills and started serving customers that had come after me. When I pointed this to her, she not only ignored me but cursed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I personally do not think this Kwikspar should still use the Spar franchise as the service is extremely poor. What was more appalling was that the supervisor even came to gang up on me with the till operator. I am not the only one that feels this way as most of my neighbours have stopped buying from them. It is really damaging the Spar brand.</p>
