Crystal Park Spar Cas

Just some friendly advice to the manager of Spar in Crystal Gate, Crystal Park, Benoni, please teach your cashiers, especially Pam, I think that's her name as that is the name that was written on my till slip, to greet her customers, whether they are white, purple, green or black. I've noticed that she has a disgusting tendency of not greeting black customers or it's just me she doesn't greet. The first time I had an unpleasant encounter with her, I greeted her when she asked if I wanted a plastic bag, after happily ignoring me while scanning my items. After I greeted her, she responded with an attitude, almost rolling her eyes at me. I'm also in the customer service industry and I wouldn't dream of giving my clients that type of service. Pam, learn some manners, just because I'm black and young does not preclude you from offering me the same type of courtesy that you offer to your white customers. You are single-handedly making my trips to my local Spar unpleasant. I have been shopping at that spar from way back, even before you came to SA (yes I know you're foreign) so please give everyone the type of service that we get from all other cashiers!
