Costumer service

Service was very bad.. I mean I was there for almost 5 minutes and there was no quew, but when it was my time to get help the lady just left n decided to attend to a staff member while I was waiting. When I asked her she said she have to make an order as the time has passed already "with an attitude" as if it was my problem that they did not make orders in time.. then when I approached the supervisor about it, trying to tell them my story she said she does not knw because she was not there.. so wht it the use of having such people in the store if they can not handle a customer complaint. I buy my food there almost everyday. But after today I don't think I will even want my friend n colleagues to buy again.. super spar Bronkhorstspruit...
