I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent shopping experience at your Spar store. On 11 October 2024, I attempted to purchase Tops palm court at the discounted price advertised. However, I was informed that the product was out of stock.

A store representative offered an alternative product, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the alternative product's price differed from the initial discounted price I was quoted. And till now I haven’t even received any updates and the order says it’s delivered. And the manager said I’m mad I need to check my
