Constant Out-of-Stock Advertised Specials at Spar tops-Zevenwacht Mall

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the consistent discrepancy between advertised specials and actual in-store availability at Spar Tops Zevenwacht Mall. My latest visit on December 31st was a perfect example of this. I specifically went to the store looking for the Brutal Fruit special that they advertised, only to find that they had NONE IN STOCK.

This is not the first, second, or even third time that I've experienced this issue at this store. It's becoming a norm, and I'm fed up. Other Spar Tops stores consistently have advertised specials in stock, they make sure to stock a lot. But not at this specific store. It's like they are intentionally misleading customers. I even spoke to the manager/supervisor at Tops and he was busy smiling telling me he understood what I was saying and "apologizing" sarcastically while looking at his staff who were giggling.

I drove to get to this store, hoping to find the advertised special. Instead, I had to buy something I'd never tried before just to have something to drink for New Year's. This is unacceptable.

I demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Furthermore, I request that you contact the Brutal Fruit supplier and request that they send more stock to your store. It's clear that you're not receiving sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

This is not only frustrating but also misleading and deceptive. I demand better from retailers, especially those that advertise specials to lure customers in.
