Consistent poor service!

Spar Riebeecstad/Welkom needs to seriously look at who they appoint! Went to till 2 and was assisted by Refilwe. Packed my groceries on the counter and the cold drink was at the end of the till counter. Refilwe did not ring up the cold drink and subtotaled her till because the cold drink was out of reach. When I asked her to ring it up she says its too far so I told her to stand up, move it and ring it up. She told me its not her job and that I cannot tell her to stand up and get the cold drink. I am done shopping at this Spar and would rather support Checkers and do Sixty 60 anytime of the day!
