Conplain

I went to the shop in Hartswater to purchase few items for my daughter's birthday. Queues were very long on the day and had to stand on the queue waiting patiently to get to cashier. When I finally got to the cashier was only then told that they only accept cash and no cards. No signs were put up for the customers to be notified of this. The lady was very rude to me. She then told me to go to the next cashier. When I get there the white lady there refused to help me. She said the the other cashier did not say anything to her. I was passed around like a football and that was so unprofessional
