confused and angry

I went to Spar in Jubilee Mall Hammanskraal because there was a promotion on 3Kg Sunlight and Sta Soft for free and the price was R49.95 as it was advertised on the pamphlet. so i took the 3kg Sunlight and i went to the till and i asked the cashier for a rain check because the promo was ending on the 1st November but the cashier said they cant i asked to speak to the manager she called a lady i forgot to take her name. I asked her if i could pay and the 3kg Sunlight and come back for my free item as it was advertised but she said no i cant because they don't have stock.<br> <br> firstly it was not my fault that they didn't have stock and why should it affect me as a customer because they didn't order enough stock even thou they knew about the promo. what made me angry was when the lady asked me if i know how much is the 3Kg and i was getting it for less. i don't care how much is the normal price they shouldn't advertise things that they don't have<br> <br>
