Condoners of GBV and assault,not safe for females.

I experienced an assault at helshoogte Tops Spar in Stellenbosch, where a stranger kicked me on my thigh after following me all the way to the store, all because I did not want to entertain his romantic advances. When I went to inform the security about this, he told me that there is nothing he can do as he did not see anything. I don't understand how this was ignored in a country so prone to GBV. Where the same perpetrator still followed me home and hooted at my gate . It is scary
