Comsumer acr rights and bad service

Yesterday i went to buy wine at bel air spar tops when i got there one of the wines more than one was priced 14.99 took two of them and i went to pay when i got there it showed another price i obviously refused to pay wanted it with the price i found it in the shelf with. The attitude i got from the guy at liquor was said to be a manager was stinking. I then went next dood to spar groceries i spoke to Keith who said he is the store manager he was worse because he didn't try any4but instead walkes away from the problem and he was very rude, he took us dor granted and was smiling at the situations could solve a problem. He walkee away and closed himseldin a office. Such services i was treated like i did not matter and still did not get the wine. It was not my fault that they had wrong price the least consumer act says i buy with the price i find it with regardless the situation but Keith said they dont follow that rule as spar. Im really ****ed and angry at the service level.
