Compromising on quality

Having shopped at the Newton Park Spar for some time ,I have always been impressed by the wide variety of line items available and the efficiency within which customers are attended to.I am however disappointed with the quality of the fruit and veg for sale.Last week I purchases apples and much to my disappointment some were rotten.Cucumbers were soft.Lemons in the bag of poor quality.Pillow pack lettuce disgusting. And then today ,strawberries expiring 12th Nov already on its way out.Quite frankly for what you pay,not worth it.I proceeded to woolworths and purchased 400g strawberries for R23..cheaper than spar!!Furthermore as much as I appreciate the efficiency within which you serve your customers,I'm also tired of cashiers with long faces. It seems they don't want to be there and much of an effort to serve their customers. This is not an isolated incident
Please rectify these problems.I endeavour to continue supporting you but feel inclined to move over to Woolworths if issues not addressed .No phone call necessary. Please just address these problems.
