Compliance in retail stores

So i bought kellogs (spar brand)this week from spar Rosslyn and the taste was off, i decided to take them back and change the brand to the original kellogs corn flakes still they are not fresh...i feel like i wasted my petrol for nothing and my money on top of that.. Something need to be done i can't purchase things that are not fresh this is not fair at all.
