COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I logged a complaint with the spar customer service on the 29th of January 2018 and was told that i will get feedback in 3 days which never happended. i then called back on the 8th of Feb and was told that it was escalated to higher management and still nothing happen. this is the service you receive from a place that you support on a regular basis.
