Complaint regarding quality of item - A4 filo pad (perforated spiral)

Good day, Trust that you are well.

I'm writing you this message with regards to an issue with an item, there seems to be a manufacturers fault, I bought this for work purposes and I enjoy using the perforated spiral filo pad, but whenever I try to seperate from the perforated lines it tears because it is simply too small.

I ask that the manufacturers please take this into account as it's not doing the purpose it should be doing instead it is tearing all my pages up, I have to end up using a scissors to cut on the perforated line. I love your products but this highly disappointed me as this is one of the products I love buying at your store. I will attach pictures for a better understanding and show you how the Marlin brand looks so yours can improve.

Please provide me with feedback if this issue was addressed because I'm highly disappointed in this product and I don't want someone to have the same issue as me, and because I buy this item in bulk, now I'm sitting with this books that can't do the job properly.
