Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Diepkloof Square SPAR

I'm not pleased by the experience I got from diepkloof square Spar from the cashier Batandwa Mketelwa. She called me to the tills without stating "next customer please" which I let go and greated her politely while looking at my phone she commanded me stop playing on my phone and take out the items from the basket. I was shocked and tried to process what she said I than took the items out of the basket very furious she than added the fuel by saying to me in zulu "you are use to cashiers removing the items from the basket neh". She was rude and proud even though she saw that I didn't want to engage with her. I never took the complain to the manager because I saw that she is proud of treating customers that way. It's my first incounter dealing with such rudeness from spar cashiers or any staff. I'm completely disappointed in Batandwa Mketelwa yet if it's a policy that customers should unpack there basket or trolleys and be commanded well I'm disappointed in spar policy.
