Complaint on Spar

Good day, I am shocked at the poor service at the Caledon Superspar. From no stock for nearly the hole special on milk to employees telling me I dont know or cannot reed the special paper to saying that a current special advertised is a DC fault and I cannot get it as advertised...This all is NOT my problem. I want the specials as advertised otherwise I will take it to the consumer board or any other relevant authority. BAD REFLECTION ON SPAR SOUTH AFRICA
