Complaint

8 May 2019 I wrote and email after several attempts to call the store Bel Air SPAR with no luck in reaching the store manager. My email read as follow:

"I am utterly disgusted, I found a worm in the Mix Nut Caramel 100g I bought as the Bel Air SuperSpar today. I haven’t stopped throwing up as my stomach is still turning by the thought that I have already eaten 70% of the nuts. I am horrified of what else is infested with worms on that shop!

I called in to speak to the store manager but I was told his not available??????? Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I wasn't feeling well after eating the nuts of which I went to see the Dr the following day.

The Store Manager eventually got back to me and asked me to send her the slip and pictures of the product. She also asked me to forward her on email the Dr letter the medical invoice and assured me that the Spar insurance would call me. It's been six months since this incident happened I have followed up with her personally by going to the shop and via whatsapp explaining that no one has called. Despite all these efforts I've made nothing happened and no body has called me in Six months.

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in Spar and and have made sure that I do not purchase any goods from Spar.
