Complaint

My 7 year old niece and my 8 year old nephew were held at the Spar Artemis store like ********s because a jar of peanut butter fell when they were trying to put back a packet of sugar. when we got there the management was so rude and unapologetic as though the kids stole something. Did not see a notice on any wall that you break you pay and there is no way the whole spar will not have insurance to cover such incidents. I'm in retail myself and I know this is not allowed.
