Complaint @spar bloedmall *********** security

Today my sister was at SPAR Bloed mall, in Pretoria and she forgot to pay for her sta-soft and decided to leave it in the trolley. But the security whose name is Kabelo Lishaba and Phindulo decided to stop her by the exit and demanded her to pay for it because what she was doing is THEFT. They accused her of *****ing the sta-soft and she did not leave the store with it, they embarrassed her and made her look like a ***** in front of customers. The securities had an attitude, they don't even know what the word 'THEFT' means. @spar, please look into it because I will no longer shop at SPAR because of the shame my sister experienced today.
