Complaint about spar maphumulo

Spar Maphumulo baked the most untidy, appalling, unappetizing cake ever. Ordered the cake a week before. After 2h30 of waiting I was given a cake that even homeless people would laugh at. Worse they are threatening me because I threw it on the floor. Disgusting service.
