Complaint about dirty Spar

No dirt, carton and plastic collection. Were reported on their wed page but nothing has happend. They are 500m from Vaal river and all refuge ends up in river. Streets are dirty . We had a meeting to clean up (as we are the host to an international angling competition )which the owners of Spar didnt attend. We also have spoken to them with no response. See photos taken op 26January and again on 29th of January with refuge flowing into the river.
