Complaint About **** Corona Beer from Tops Spar Glenore

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made through Uber Eats from Tops Spar Glenore. I ordered a box of Corona beer, but upon receiving it, I immediately noticed the beer was off, and the branding and bottles were not original. Being a regular Corona drinker, I could easily tell the difference.

To confirm my concerns, I went to another store and purchased a single bottle of Corona for comparison. It was clear that the beer I received from Tops Spar Glenore was ****.

When my order arrived, I asked the Uber Eats delivery driver to wait while I checked the order. I opened one bottle, noticed it was ****, and immediately called Tops Spar Glenore to report the issue. I explained my concerns to the person who answered the call. They informed me they needed to check with their manager. When they called back, they said they were closing for the day and advised me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. They also mentioned there was nothing they could do as they do not produce the beer themselves but source it from a supplier.

I tried contacting Uber Eats to resolve the issue, but I received no response. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Selling **** beer is a serious matter that could have health consequences for consumers if not addressed.

I am considering taking legal action, as this issue needs to be taken seriously. I demand a full refund for the **** beer and expect swift action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
