complaint

hi my name is Samalen Pillay, I,m from the phoenix area and im writing to you as this is the only platform that would help on behalf of me to lay a complaint, as im extremely dissapointed on how starwood superspar staff had treated me and my family.On sunday the 04/02/2024 I had finished work at 14:00 and decided to do some shopping at my local superspar as i have been a client of this store for as long as i remember ,i had decided to go with my mother and cousin to do some shopping as I needed to purchase my monthly neccessities for my household,me and my family had been shopping for atleast 2 hours when out of the blue a security by the name of samkelo had called me,thinking he probably wanted to find out something I went up to him and to my surprise this security had started to harrasses me by speaking to me with no form of rescpect what so ever and accusses me of worrying other customers in store and says "my cousin and I are up to something", this security guard had defamed my character infront of alot of people by accusing me of things I had not done and i was in my work uniform ,i was really ****ed as i told him i had come with my family to buy goods and even showed him my trolley and this security stated that me and my family are shopping for to long and we should leave ,i had gotten furious at this point and had told this security to come with me to the manager as i would like to lay a complaint as he had stated that the control room had given him orders to take me and my innocent family out of store ,he refused to come with me and evaded the store so i had went looking for the manager and i had found a manager and told him what this security had done ,the manager just looked at me and rep**** that he would sort this issues out with no look of concern in his face,I had then gotten more furious and went out of the store looking for this security that had treated me like a ********,I had found him and took him to the managers with my family as witness,He then started being dishonest and arrogant towards me infront of the two store managers that i went to, to lay a complaint,the 2 managers had said that they would sort this issue out and sent the guard back to his post then he had passed a remark to me and went back to his post,I am extremely furious as to how they had delt with this issue as i do understand that managers have alot to deal with on a daily basis but by leaving this security to talk to customers as he feels is not right at all and Im a well reputable individual that has rights as a human to shop for as long as i want too, As i,ve spent alot of money at starwood superspar phoenix,please asist me as to esscalating this complaint or i would be left with esscalating this complaint to higher authorities for defamation of character.
