Complaint

We bought 2 packs ( 2 each tray)of papaya at Blairgowrie Spar yesterday, when we got home one pack was rotten so we took pictures and threw them away since there were very watery then this morning I called Spar to let them know then the lady ( she refused to give me her name) said I must bring it back upon explaining that I threw them away but I took pictures and I have the slip she started being very rude and she said most of their customers are ***** they come and claim free things so without that papaya she won't change it for me when I asked her name she transferred me to the manager when i told him the lady was very rude he said I must put myself in their shoes but I wonder if they did put themselves in my shoes coz this store is 10mins away now I need to drive back just because of their incompetence of not making sure their fruits are fresh. I bought fruits and drinks for R924.86 why would I lie about just a pack of papaya for R34.99 I'm so disappointed of their service delivery ? I'm not going back there to embarrass myself and be a lying client who's trying to get a pawpaw for free.
