Complaint

I was in spar today to get something to eat. I bought rice R12 (which was kind of oily) pumpkin R11.23 cream spinash R16.22 and meat for R36.35 ( was literary off) I eat some as i was so hungry The food was just disgusting i throw up everything i eat and was feeling so sick. I went bank to complaint i lost the slip in the bin, but i took their all their trays back without slip and i explain i throw the slip in the bin and i could not get everything off the bin. i was in the store for more than 30 just to get my money back. I was only refunded R36.35 as they could see the meat is bite there and the other container i should have taken the food from the bin to show them but the fact is they could see. I was so angry and disappointed at the manner which they approach this matter, i feel Spar Rosebank is so selfish in the sense that they will win and never care about client's satisfaction.
