Complaint

On the 04/02/2015 I complained about the Spar Thomas Knives promotion.On the 05/02/2015 I got a response from Glenda Turpin Spar customer care tel.no. ***). She promised that the area manager at Boksburg<br> will contact me within 7days.Up until this date no joy. I did phone Glenda in mid March she was very apologetic<br> and again promised to get someone from the Boxsburg to contact me still no joy.It seems that Spar is justs prolongs the issue so that the customer gets fed up and forgets about the whole issue.If Spar does not want to meet their obligation please just let me know so that I can take the matter up with the Consumer Protection Act.<br> <br> Regards<br> Dassy
